The Nashua Baseball Academy Hollis Training Facility is a private indoor baseball facility located on 265A Proctor Hill Road in Hollis. The Academy offers baseball lessons and baseball conditioning for young athletes. Three sessions will be held over the next six months i.e.; a fall session, a winter session and a spring session. Academy classes are small and will focus on progression and advancement of personal skills. A certified personal trainer is on staff to help with conditioning. All levels of ability are welcome and participation is based on the following age groups; Ages 12 and under and ages 13 and older The academy reserves the right to have the student “play up” or “play down” based on skill levels. The Academy schedule will be contingent upon the official calendar of that particular session.

AGILITY WORK FOR IMPROVED ATHLETICISM Goals of the Nashua Baseball Academy To help each athlete improve their skills and understanding of the game in order to better prepare them for their spring and summer seasons. Hitting, pitching, catching, base running, outfield, and infield play will be taught. Proper throwing techniques, ready positions and athletic positions will be focused on. Special attention will be placed on playing relaxed, enjoying the sport and enjoying athleticism. Video analysis and clinics by position are offered.
